Scott founded Scott's Great Walk for Telethon in 2010 when he was 4 years old after learning about fundraising at Kindy. He decided he wanted to help sick kids and babies by raising money for them doing the hardest thing he could think of - walking the 25km from his farm to the Southern Cross Oval. His parent said no but after Scott kept asking he did the walk in 8 hours and 40 minutes and from that moment on he knew he wanted to keep walking and keep helping.
In 2016 Scott completed his first International Walk.
In 2017 Scott took on a new 50km Treadmill Challenge on the Telethon Weekend.
Scott has written and illustrated a book called "Did You Know You Can Change The World?'
He was honoured to be announced the winner of the WA Young Achiever Health and Wellbeing Award the winner of the WA Youth Awards Commissioner for Children and Young People Participate Award.
Since 2010 Scott has walked over 571km and raised over $150,000 for Telethon.
